Here are some simple, easy detox methods you can do at home
using ingredients you most likely have in your house. And, it
costs just pennies! I have used these methods on a regular basis
over the last several years. I do take breaks from doing these
all the time so tailor it to your needs. As with anything, do
your own research and check with your doctor to make sure these
methods are safe for you. There are multiple articles on the
internet discussing these detox methods.

Salt Purge for Toxins (top
of page)

pounds, and possibly more, of sludge in their intestinal tract. This is a
very inexpensive method that I have found to help me tremendously. I do
it first thing in the morning, spend 3-4 trips to the bathroom and then
it’s over – no all day bathroom trips.
Basic instructions:
The website below explains the whole method.
